Welcome Back to School! High School bell rings at 8:15AM and Middle School bell rings at 8:10AM. Middle school students enter on the east side of the building. High school students enter the main office doors. Please remember student ID's must be on and visible at all times.

Spring Break will run from March 30th through April 6th. We hope everyone enjoys a safe and relaxing break!

It is standardized testing time for High School Prep! Please make sure your student is rested, eating right, and here for testing. The testing will begin April 8th and will conclude April 10th. Thank you for your support in this, and we wish your student the best of luck!
Prom dress give away, hundreds of dresses to chose from. March 14th, 9AM to 1PM at Rapid City Alternative High School, 601 Columbus St. 3rd floor gym.
It's testing time! Please make sure your student is here on time for mandatory testing. Testing will be March 4. All RCAA students, grades 9-11, are required to attend. BOTH in-person and virtual students are to test.

Mandatory ACT testing will be March 4th for all 11th graders. If you know that your student will be out with a pre-planned absence please notify the Main Office so that we can plan for another date that your student can complete the test.
